Only vehicles displaying an approved decal are authorized to park on the lot of First Coral Gables.

Consent to Rules

Please make note of the following rules concerning parking: The church has two parking lots. Your decal will authorize you to park only in the lot across the street from the church, north of Coral Way. The decal must be placed on the front windshield in a place unobscured by window tinting, and clearly visible from outside (while not impeding driver visibility). The lower corner on the driver's side is usually a good place for the decal. First UMC of Coral Gables and The Growing Place, or their operators or owners, are not responsible, nor do they assume or shall they at any time be liable for, damage caused by fire, theft, casualty or any other cause whatsoever with respect to the vehicle or any personal property or contents of said car. Vehicles should be locked and valuables should not be left in vehicles. Vehicles not displaying approved decals or parked incorrectly may be subject to towing. Licensee shall promptly reimburse Operator any expenses incurred as a result of Licensee's violations of the rules and regulations, including without limitation, towing expenses for obstructing vehicles. Violation of such rules and regulations shall be grounds for immediate termination of this license.
