Your application for a decal will now be reviewed, you will receive instructions on any next steps that need to be taken to have a decal issued to you.

Once approved, you will be given a decal with a unique number by someone in the church office. Please display the decal on the inside of your windshield.

If you need to change vehicles (as in the case of a returning a lease) remove the decal and attach it to your new vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT LOSE YOUR DECAL!
